Requirements for Admission Processing

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Transcript of Records or Report Card

Requirements for Registration

  1. Transcript of Records or Report Card
  2. 2x2 picture and 1x1 picture, 2 pieces each
  3. Principal's Recommendation Letter or Certificate of Good Moral Character
  4. Medical Certificate (Optional during Registration, Submission is required during School Year)

Additional Registration Requirements for International Students:

  1. Student visa (if 18 years old or older)
  2. Parents' visa (if under 18 years old)
