ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS - IB

STEP 1:  Initial Admission Procedure

Offices:  Admissions Office/PR Office/ Registration Office
Location: Ground Floor, Administration Building, Luxembourg Campus

STEP 2: Payment of Admission Processing Fee

•  Pay the US$ 50 IB Admission Processing Fee

Offices: Cashier’s Office

Location: First Floor, Administration Building, Luxembourg Campus

STEP 3 : Submission/Assessment of Requirements

1. Present your admission processing fee receipt
2. Submit the following to Admission Director

1. Completed Application Form for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
2. 2 Letters of Recommendation from 2 teachers who have taught you in the past 2 years
3. Official Transcript of Records for Grades 9 and 10 or equivalent curriculum grade level
4. 2 long folders
5. 4 pcs. pictures ( 2x2)

*Submit items a-c in duplicate

*Upon submission of complete application requirements, the admission office issues a testing slip for the IB Entrance Examination

STEP 4: IB Entrance Examination

• IB Examination
  The exam covers:
  • IQ (Verbal and Non-verbal)
  • Reading
  • English Proficiency
  • Mathematical skills

Office/s: Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Testing Room

Location: 2^nd Floor Administration Building, Luxembourg Campus

 *Admissions office will inform you through either written correspondence or phone call whether or not you have passed the examination. You will also be informed of when your scheduled interview with the IB Diploma Program Coordinator will be. If you don’t hear from the Admissions office a week after our exams, please call the admissions office. 

STEP 5 :  Interview with the IB Coordinator

Office/s: IB Coordinator’s Office Location: 2nd Floor, Tropical Campus

* After the interview, SISC will inform you, through written correspondence or phone call whether or not you have been accepted in the IB Diploma Programme.
