Sofia Jumao-as is Southville’s New Ice Princess

Sofia May Emerald Jumao-as of Grade 3 – Wisdom of Southville International School and Colleges reaped 6 gold medals and a trophy as the highest pointer in the Female Basic Category of the recent Skate Manila 2016 held at the SM Mall of Asia.

In a special correspondence, Sofia’s mother thanked Southville in expressing support and confidence in Sofia’s achievements.

In the previous years, Verniece Enciso had raised Southville’s flag in the ice skating scene, as she dominated ice events with grace and skill and brought home numerous medals and awards. Now, Sofia follows through Verniece’s footsteps as Southville’s new ice princess.

Sofia’s achievement is a testament to Southville’s strong commitment to producing and encouraging students who will not only excel in academics but also in their chosen fields.
