March 3, 2017 - Coleen Danielle Natividad of BS Business Administration major in Human Resource Management of Southville International School and Colleges was awarded one of the top spots in the Ten Outstanding HR Students of the Philippines (TOHRS) of HR Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP)

Coleen, VP of Internal Affairs of student organization Human Resource Society, was recognized for her exemplary advocacies such as servant leadership and mental health awareness.

"To be one of the TOHRS is an accomplishment. Also, this will be an avenue to promote my advocacy of servant leadership and mental health awareness.”

In a recent Facebook post, Coleen said that she was proud to represent Southville in TOHRS 2017 and in HREAP's convention, Millennials: Bridging the Gap for the Next Generation of HR at Venus Bayview Hotel.

In a special correspondence, Coleen related that entrepreneurial genes run in the family. After graduation, she wants to build her career at Proctor and Gamble.

Coleen is currently on her third year of BSBA major Human Resource Management and is a member of the College of Business, Entrepreneurship and Tourism's Dean's List.
