SISC Sponsors Seminar on Positive Discipline for Caregivers

As part of Southville International School and Colleges’ (SISC) thrust to strengthen school and home collaboration, the Preschool and Grade School Departments will conduct a free seminar for caregivers and drivers of Preschool to Grade 4 students on Positive Discipline, Developing Children Potentials.

This will be held on July 14, 2012, Saturday, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., at the Cares Cafeteria of Munich Campus. This will be a great time for the house helpers and drivers to interact with their fellow caregivers in sharing best practices and experiences on how to better raise a child.  We hope that the parents can accord their caregivers this day off for the benefit of their child.

Aside from the teacher, the caregivers such as house helpers and drivers play a big role in rearing a child.  They spend a significant amount of time with the child and take on responsibilities that have a great impact and lasting effect.
