Southville Students Attend Nationwide Marketing Conference



As part of SISC’s thrust to supplement classroom learning, one hundred forty-seven delegates from the College of Business Administration and Tourism of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) joined the annual Strategic Marketing Conference for Students (StratMark) sponsored by the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) held at the Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City last July 31, 2012. The event, with the theme Marketing Mash-up: Hybrid for the New Breed, was attended by more than 5,000 student delegates from all over the country.

 

The conference featured accomplished personalities in the marketing industry, namely: Ricky Pena of Digitel Mobile Philippines, Jun Umali of Gardenia Bakeries, Bjorn Pardo of Xend Business Solutions, Leah Jimenez of NetBooster Asia, Ed Mapa Jr. of Media Contacts Manila, Janette Toral of Digital Filipino and Anubha Sahasrabuddhe of Coca-Cola who all talked on trending and winning marketing strategies, e-commerce, professional blogging, and other innovative breakthroughs.
