Dr. Marvin Jino Bugna

High School,

Class 2004-2005

"Southville trained me to become a responsible and disciplined person. It helped me become a good leader in many ways. It taught me the importance of helping others and studying hard in order to get good grades. Applying the 5C’s (Competence, Character, Collaboration, Creativity and Commitment to Achieve) and 5S’s (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) that Southville taught me was a great help that made a big impact and difference in my life in becoming a doctor." read more>>

Southville Student Tops National Shooting Tournament

Proving that students of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) excel not just in academics but also in sports is 14-year old sharpshooter Ma. Isabel Fernandez of High School III - Conviction. She may be young in age but not with experience, as she was proclaimed Champion in the recently concluded Philippine National Shooting Association (PNSA) National Open for 10-meter Air Pistol – Women’s Division.

Her score of 371 out of a possible 400 is her personal best. She gunned the national team representatives bound for the Southeast Asian Games in Indonesia this November.

Last year, she achieved the minimum qualifying score for the Olympics and a world ranking of 102 in the World Cup held in Beijing, China. Now, she holds the record of being the youngest gold medalist in the National Open.
