"Southville’s Poor Urban Child (POUCH) was a program that made an impact in my life. As a future nurse, caring is part of the values that we must uphold in our lives. Through POUCH, I was able to learn early the importance of caring for other individuals through serving and sharing with the beneficiaries of POUCH what they are not privileged to have." read more>>

Save a Po.U.Ch. Conducts Medical Mission

The Save a Po.U.Ch. (Poor Urban Child) Program of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) will hold its annual medical mission on March 10, 17, and 24, 2012 at CAA, Daniel Fajardo, and Masville Elementary Schools, respectively.  More than three hundred indigent school children with no means for basic health care will be given medical attention and nutritional supplements for free.

For more than a decade now, the outreach program has been providing medical and dental missions, a daily feeding allowance, and a monthly allotment for educational supplies to its beneficiaries.

Interested parties are welcome to join the medical mission. For inquiries, please call Ms. Floribel Ferrer at 820-8702.
