SISC Joins the Int’l Bamboo Organ Festival



SISC Tourism students were invited by the Las Piñas Bamboo Organ Foundation Committee to be ushers and usherettes in the 36th International Bamboo Organ Festival held last February 17-23, 2011. They were Diandra Bonus, Justin Formentera, Bea Tantiongco, Cylene Apao, Brian Dela Peña, Alissa Jean Du, Emily Gaiser, Ira Nicdao, Roi Pomar, Marc Oñate, MJ Palado, and Kian Tirados.

The festival featured cultural and musical presentations to promote tourism development through the historic Bamboo Organ in St. Joseph Parish, Las Piñas City. SISC students were elated to be exposed to events that are vital to the country’s tourism industry.
