VISION

To offer hope for a better way of life to the residents of the adopted barangay, beneficiaries in the adopted schools,  victims of disastrous calamities and others who need help, regardless of age, sex, color or nationality  -  with a caring hand up, not a hand out.

MISSION

The mission of the Southville Center of Institutional Outreach Network (SCION) is to coordinate, synthesize, and energize dynamic partnerships between the various divisions in SISC, Non-government Organizations, government agencies, and individual/group volunteers by promoting collaboration among academic and administrative units, fostering the development and completion of community outreach initiatives.
