About the Program:

Performance management is a system that affects everyone and impacts the entire organization. It helps the organization ACHIEVE RESULTS and builds a culture of excellence. It enables employees to understand how they are contributing to the school’s strategic priorities and goals, what is expected of them, and how they are doing. It also serves as the springboard for joint action plans that lead to the employees’ growth and development.
This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary in designing and installing the performance management system and appraisal tools.

About the Program:

 

Labor issues in the workplace impact on the morale of the employees in the organization. HR practitioners in schools, therefore, need to have an understanding of the mechanics of the labor laws and their applications to teaching and non-teaching personnel particularly on employee DISCIPLINE AND TERMINATION.
 
This learning session presents the trilateral relationship among the students, teachers, and parents in the academe, and the laws and rules governing employment and contracting of the employees. This also covers minimum labor standards required of employers, and employee discipline and termination.
