Empowered Communications: A Workshop on Business Communication

The Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) AB Communication students invited the seniors from CAA National High school to an outreach program entitled Empowered Communications: A Workshop on Business Communication.
The event, organized by the Development Communication class under Professor Marilou Gonzales had lectures on writing Resumes and Application Letters, Job Interview Etiquette, Basics of Power Dressing and Grooming and Call/Reception Inquiry. The organizers made sure that the topics would be able to help and guide the participants in the future.
The afternoon session was a practical application of the things discussed during the lecture. A Mock Interview was conducted with selected faculty members from SISC including Mylene Manalo, Ria Caronongan and Mellany Aquino, as the interviewers. After the seminar, the students from CAA National High School received a gift and a certificate of participation from Southville International School and Colleges.
