Southville's Ink Society Revives Tradition




The INK Society hosted its off-campus activity “INK Acoustic Night”. The INK Acoustic Night has been a traditional event for the Performing Arts Department that takes roots way back in 2010 that was introduced by then President & Performing Arts Dept Chief Michael Caldeña under batch Imperium I. The last Acoustic night that took place was two years ago under the leadership of INK Batch Res Novae, Dwight Galang. This Year’s Batch RenascII has revived the tradition by making it the grandest one yet. The event was held at Bialetti Café, a café located in the Verandah site of Robinsons Las Piñas City. Despite the cloudy weather, the event was well attended with an estimated number of participants around sixty were in the majority of its participants and attendants were Alumni of Southville and former INK Officers that takes back to this its founding year in 2008 to present.
