Southville Supports Puerto Princesa Campaign for New 7 Wonders

The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park (PPSRNP) is one of the most important biodiversity conservation areas of the Philippines. It features a spectacular limestone that contains an 8.2 km long underground river which flows directly into the sea. The area also represents significant habitat for biodiversity conservation. It contains a full mountain to the sea ecosystem and protects forests, which are among the most significant in Asia.

In recognition of its globally significant natural properties, it was inscribed to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization’s of (UNESCO) List of Natural World Heritage Sites. This recognition confirms the universal value of the site that deserves to be protected for the benefit of all humanity.

After topping the first round of voting for the New 7 Wonders of Nature, Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park was now officially declared as one of the finalists.

We are calling on the support of all Monarchs! To vote for Puerto Princesa Underground River, please log in to or text PPUR and send to 2861 (open to all networks).

Together, we can make a difference for Philippine Tourism!
