Southville Hosts SHAVEN 2026: Empowering HOA Leaders for a Sustainable Future

Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) is set to host SHAVEN 2026, the annual Southville Homeowners and Village Executives Networking event, on June 6, 2026. This year’s gathering aims to unite community leaders under the theme of “Leading the Charge toward a Cleaner and More Sustainable Tomorrow.” The event serves as a premier platform for neighborhood executives to collaborate on future-proofing their respective communities through innovation and shared values.

For years, SHAVEN has been a cornerstone of Southville’s commitment to community development, fostering a strong bond between the institution and its neighboring residential enclaves. By bringing together HOA officers and village executives, the fellowship promotes unity and ensures that local associations operate with a shared sense of safety and legal compliance. This year, the fellowship continues its tradition of strengthening these connections, emphasizing that thriving communities are built on the foundation of collaborative leadership.

The 2026 edition shifts the spotlight toward environmental stewardship and renewable energy. With the global push for carbon neutrality, the program features a deep dive into Solar Panels: The Future of Energy, providing attendees with practical insights into transitioning their neighborhoods to greener power sources. To complement these technical discussions, the event will also offer free green energy consultations, allowing leaders to explore customized solutions for their specific village needs.

Beyond technology, the event will explore the spiritual and social dimensions of sustainability through the lens of Laudato Si: Community Resilience and Empowerment. This discussion aims to inspire leaders to view environmental care as a collective moral responsibility, empowering them to implement programs that foster long-term stability. By integrating these values-based approaches, SHAVEN 2026 seeks to equip community heads with the tools to lead with both competence and character.

Community leaders, HOA officers, and village executives are encouraged to reserve their slots for this afternoon of networking and growth, which will run from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Interested participants can register through the official link at https://forms.gle/Sm1UFdADE3EuBdzZ8.

Through this partnership of local leaders, SHAVEN 2026 continues to serve as a vital platform for building more sustainable neighborhoods and fostering a unified community for the future.
