ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 161 national standards bodies. As an ISO- Certified School, Southville implements international standards and processes that provide solutions to global challenges.

Southville has been an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School since August 2005. This means that it has completed an intensive, globally consistent process that enables us to deliver an outstanding IB education just like any other IB World Schools throughout the world.

The Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability (ACES) Awards recognized Southville as Asia’s Most Promising SME in 2023. The award honors SISC for its creative and sustainable business practices.

Autonomous – Autonomous status allows Private Higher Education institutions (PHEIs) to design their own curricula, offer new programs, and put up branches or satellite campuses without having to secure permits, confer honorary degrees, and carry out operations without much interference from CHED. Southville International School and Colleges, college division, has been granted Autonomous Status by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) making it the youngest institution to receive the recognition.

Southville was recognized by the Department of Education as the School of the Future and also for its Adopt a Poor Urban Child (Po.U.Ch) project.

Southville received the prestigious Excellence in Educational Transformation Awards (EETA). Organized by Bayan Academy, Rex Book Store Inc., and the Knowledge Channel Foundation, this unique award celebrates innovation in school management and teaching-learning practices.

Southville is the only institution from the Philippines that received the Quest for Excellence Award from the 2021 Global Performance and Excellence Award (GPEA). SISC was especially commended for its Virtual Online Learning and Teaching (VOLT) Program which received a Platinum Award as an International Best Practice during the conference in Australia in 2021.

IIP is a Community Interest Company that recognizes companies that have excellent practices in managing and leading its people. Southville is the first school in the Philippines that immediately received gold as a “people- centered” organization.

The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation is a private accrediting agency that gives formal recognition to educational institutions by attesting that its academic program maintains excellent standards in its educational operations, in the context of its aims and objectives.

The Philippine Quality Award is the highest national recognition for exemplary organizational performance of private and public organizations in the country. Southville is the only international school in the Philippines that has been conferred with the prestigious Philippine Quality Award (PQR) Recognition for Commitment to Quality Management.

Republic Act 9493 recognizes Southville as an institution of International Character.

The Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC) is a world-renowned accrediting association and one of the six regional accrediting agencies in the United States. The accreditation ensures that Southville has been reviewed and critiqued to provide the highest- quality education to its students and that it is recognized internationally as a distinguished school.
