It is located within walking distance from three SGEN schools – Southville International School and Colleges (SISC), South SEED-LPDH College (SSLC), and Southville Foreign University (SFU)

TREX offers the convenience of staying in the vicinity of the SISC campus for the students to have more time for studies, sports, and recreation. With its secure environment and central location, TREX is a student’s home away from home.

TREX Residences

TREX Residences is composed of 4 town houses within walking distance from the school. Currently, it is located along Luxembourg Street, Legacy Homes, BF International, Las Piñas City.

TREX started operations in 2009 in a two-storey structure located along Aguilar Avenue with address 585 J. Aguilar Avenue, Pamplona, Las Piñas City. Originally, the structure was built as an exclusive hotel building catering to transient guests of the previous owner. When it was acquired by an officer of SISC in 2009, the concept of a dorm came about since most of the students who do not live near the school have been asking for a dorm every time they inquire for enrolment.
