To ensure that students’ communication skills are at par with international standards and industry requirements, Southville International School and Colleges requires all college seniors to earn a minimum score in the Test of English in International Communication (TOEIC) before getting their diploma. Graduating college students have required a TOEIC score of at least 785, or B2 Level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, to be awarded their degree.

The Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) mobilizes once again its Southville for Others (SFO) Program to help rebuild a community in Bindoy, Negros Occidental devastated by super typhoon Odette.
