After earning his nursing degree, Eidelbert Santiago, SISC BSN Class 2011, began his career as a staff nurse at the National Children’s Hospital (2012, Quezon City) and later at Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center (2020). His compassion, competence, and quiet dedication quickly earned the trust and respect of his peers and patients.
Guided by a desire to make a greater impact, he embraced leadership opportunities that expanded his reach beyond direct patient care. In 2022, while serving as Administrative Officer at Our Lady of Peace Hospital—a charity institution devoted to serving the underserved—he pursued a Master’s in Hospital Administration. Balancing his professional duties with academic goals, he completed the program in 2023, further strengthening his capacity to lead with vision and empathy. Today, Eidelbert plays a vital role in ensuring that Our Lady of Peace Hospital remains a beacon of compassionate and accessible healthcare. His journey from nurse to administrator reflects not only professional growth but also a deep and enduring commitment to service—leading with both excellence and heart.
