Grace in Motion: Southville Monarch Triumphs in Manila and Japan

Yasmin Youssef Ahmed has once again brought pride to our school community with her outstanding performance in two prestigious international figure skating competitions. At the Skate Manila Championship 2025, held from June 8 to 10, Yasmin delivered an exceptional performance, earning six gold medals and one silver medal across various categories.

She then competed in the 37th Annual Skate Japan Championship in Ageo, Saitama-Ken, Japan, from June 28 to 29, 2025, where she secured two more gold medals and one silver medal, further showcasing her skill, discipline, and competitive spirit on the international stage.

Students like Yasmin serve as a shining example of how to make summer meaningful and productive—pursuing passions, embracing challenges, and excelling beyond the classroom.

We are incredibly proud of her dedication, hard work, and sportsmanship, and we look forward to witnessing her continued growth and success in the sport she loves.
