Honoring Purpose and Commitment: Psychology’s 2025 8th Pinning and 2nd White Coat Ceremony

Southville International School and Colleges proudly commemorates the Pinning and White Coat Ceremony of the Premier College of Psychology. This solemn and meaningful event marked a transformative milestone for our aspiring mental health practitioners as they continue their journey toward lives of service, empathy, and integrity.

More than a symbolic rite of passage, the ceremony stood as a tribute to the values that define the profession of psychology. Through heartfelt gestures and quiet moments of reflection, master’s degree students, graduating seniors, and rising fourth-year students received their white coats and pins — emblems of both achievement and responsibility. These tokens affirm their readiness to uphold the highest standards of care, compassion, and ethical leadership.

We extend our deepest appreciation to the Psychology Society, faculty members, staff, and beloved families whose support made this occasion deeply personal and resonant. Special thanks go to T. Jorge, Nurse Renz, and Ms. Lucille, as well as the entire Admin Office, for helping bring this vision to life.

“This ceremony reflects not only our students’ accomplishments, but their pledge to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of others,” shared Dr. Ruel Cajili, Dean of the College of Psychology. “As they wear their white coats, may they always remember the humility and hope that come with the privilege of healing.”

Southville is proud to witness this continued tradition of excellence, and to see our students embrace their calling with courage and grace. May this milestone lead to many more that honor their growth, dedication, and humanity.
