Southville celebrates another victory as two of our young athletes displayed strength, discipline, and determination at the 2025 Philippine Taekwondo Association MAPAMASA Best of the Best Taekwondo Championship, held on August 10, 2025, at Tiendesitas Mall. 

Sabrina Helen Merginio of Grade 5–Righteousness delivered a stellar performance, clinching the Gold Medal in Kyorugi, while her younger brother, Samuel Edmund Merginio of Grade 1–Newton, fought with heart and earned a Silver Medal in Kyorugi.

Their victories are not just about medals—they reflect countless hours of training, unwavering perseverance, and the spirit of true athletes. Sabrina and Samuel’s dedication proves that champions are made through discipline, resilience, and the courage to rise to every challenge.
