Southville International School and Colleges’ College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE) has achieved a remarkable victory at the 10th Huawei ICT Competition 2025–2026, underscoring its reputation as a hub of innovation and excellence.
Network Team 1, composed of Cris Ferrer, Rhei Sibayan, and MJ Pajaron, captured First Prize during the awarding ceremonies held at Marco Polo Hotel on December 5. Their success brought immense pride to Southville and the entire CITE community, whose heartbeat is defined by innovation, excellence, and grit.
The celebration extended beyond this milestone as Toni Dalglish was recognized as Woman in Tech 2025, a testament to Southville’s commitment to empowering women leaders in the field of information and communications technology. In addition, Southville honored the efforts of its Cloud Teams (Andrew, Riann, Hal, Toni, Jam, and Edbert), Computing Teams (Helena, Leila, Krizia, Gab, Marcus, and Rain), and Network Team 2 (Karmela, Gab, and Leo), whose passion and resilience reflect the world-class caliber of CITE students.

Southville also expressed gratitude to its faculty, staff, and management, acknowledging their role as the backbone of this success. Their mentorship and unwavering support continue to fuel triumphs that place Southville at the forefront of ICT education and competition.
