Southville Psychology Students Shine at National Psyclips Contest

Southville International School and Colleges celebrates another landmark achievement from the Premier College of Psychology. This year, our talented Psychology students earned 4th place nationwide in the prestigious National Psyclips Contest with their short film titled “Bagwis.” This creative and thought-provoking entry captivated audiences and judges alike, standing out among participants from across the country.

The National Psyclips Contest is a platform that showcases student films that blend psychological insight with storytelling impact. “Bagwis” not only demonstrated cinematic skill, but also reflected the deep understanding, empathy, and innovation fostered within Southville’s Psychology program. It was more than a film—it was a testament to the power of passion, purpose, and psychological awareness.

The success of our students is rooted in their embodiment of Southville’s 5Cs—Competence, Character, Commitment, Creativity, and Collaboration. Their dedication to excellence and their ability to work as a team reflect the kind of leadership and heart that the College of Psychology continues to nurture.

“This accomplishment affirms the creativity and brilliance of our Psychology students,” shared Dr. Ruel Cajili, Dean of the College of Psychology. “Their work reflects our mission to shape socially responsible professionals who can express human experiences with sensitivity and insight. I am incredibly proud of their achievement and the way they represented Southville with excellence.”

As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the team behind “Bagwis.” May this success inspire more students to lead with empathy, tell impactful stories, and raise the standard of psychological education in the country.
