Southville Math whizzes win big in Singapore

Mathletes from Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) took part and won a total of three medals at the 2019 Southeast Asian Mathematical Olympiad (SEAMO X) held in Singapore last January 19, 2019. Kristner Sheyn Saludo of Gr. 5 – Loyalty won a gold medal for placing in the top 0.025% of the participating students from Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Jakarta, Brunei, Timor-Leste and the Philippines.

Southville Volleybelles Secure Back-to-Back Titles

The Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) girl spikers retained the International Schools Activities Conference (ISAC) volleyball crown as they swept rival Cebu International School in two sets last October 17, 2018 at Brent International School – Subic. The boys volleyball team, on the other hand, placed third runner-up among six participating teams that also included Brent International School Manila, Brent International School Subic, Brent International School
Baguio, British School Manila, Faith International Academy and Cebu International School.

Southville Business High School Students Win in Business Competition

The Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) team from Grade 12 – Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) took first place in the business case presentation competition held at De La Salle University (DLSU) recenlty. Comprised of Sharina Ahmed, Christian Chia, Pola Cueto, Rance Llovido, Sid Espinosa, Elizabeth Burigsay and Derick Salvoro, the team presented their winning idea for sustaining and expanding a sole proprietorship business structure.
