Class Observation and actual teaching experience

  • Substantive and challenging work experiences
  • Interns (Student teachers) observe classes handled by our Senior Teachers. They have opportunities to teach from preschool to high school. They are also taught how to design a lesson plan anchored on brain-based learning and understanding by design, and how to execute them.
  • Opportunity to observe professionals in action

Mentorship Program

  • A mentor is assigned to the interns to ensure alignment of goals and activities.
  • The on-going structured supervision by the mentor includes regular scheduled meetings for performance feedback.
  • Opportunities for interns to ask questions, and time to review progress on  learning goals
