Juniors Undergo Career Exploration


The High School III class of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) had a Career Exploration Symposium recently featuring successful people in the fields of information technology, health service, hotel and restaurant management, media arts, education, business, and psychology. The professionals expounded on the practices, challenges, and rewards of each discipline. The participants were also presented with college options available to them including those from the Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) schools.

Current courses in SISC are: AB Communication, AB Media Arts, BS accountancy, BS Information Technology, BS Nursing, BS Psychology, BS Tourism, BS Business Administration Major in Marketing Management / Human Resource Management, BS Entrepreneurship, and Bachelor of Elementary Education with specialization in Special Education. SISC high school graduates need not take the SISC Admission Test (SISCAT), and scholarships are available to qualified applicants.

Southville Foreign University (SFU) on the other hand, offers Hotel and Restaurant Management, International Business, International Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations Management, and Information Technology (with computer graphics and animation) in tandem with affiliate educational institutions in Europe, Australia, and the United States.
