Seven Mass Communication students of Southville International School and Colleges joined The Blued Project, an inter-university design and marketing contest in search of Blued Clothing’s very first Stylepreneurs. They were Jahdiel Abigail Mae Gay, Clarissa Jean Torres, Monica Diaz, Nicollo Ramon Alessandro Lopez, Mary Camille Arce, Jaresa Felipe, and Bernard Lomibao.
Participants were asked to come up with an Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaign on how to promote the brand, and a design proposal for the clothing line. Other contenders are students from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Lyceum of the Philippines University, and University of Sto.Tomas.
The presentation of entries was held last March 5, 2011 in Glorietta 5’s activity center. A prominent line up of Public Relations and Marketing mavens including the president of Blued Clothing, Inc., Mr. Benzon Tan, sat as the panel of judges.
Criteria for judging are as follows: 45% feasibility of marketing campaign, 35% for design proposal, and 25% for the online voting of designs.
We are calling on the support of all Monarchs! Support our team by liking their entries in Facebook. Like Blued by clicking on this link: http://www.facebook.com/BluedClothing. Then, go to photos and like Southville’s design entries.
