Ryuji Z. Tachiba, 4^th Year BSBA Marketing Management student of Southville International Schools and Colleges won in the Individual and Open Division of “World Dance Supremacy Battlegrounds” – Sydney, Australia last December, 2012. It was his first time to compete, participate & win in a prominent international dance contest, hence, strengthening his curriculum vitae as one of the more established choreographers in the Philippines.

In the Individual Category, Mr. Tachiba’s dance routines made Philippines as third runner up in the Dance @Live contest, a minor division of the event. For the Open Division, FlipendemicKru, headed by Mr. Tachiba, the Artistic Director/Coach, won Silver Medal, second to another team from the Philippines. This led them to a series of interviews, a cycle of teaching classes & performances in Australia.

Mr. Tachiba is a proof that Southville students are well-rounded individuals, excelling in different multiple intelligences.
