Southville – College of Education will gather tomorrow, November 16, to discuss concerns on the alternative programs for students with special needs. The goal of the event is to spread awareness about the most effective strategies SPED educators can attain to improve their Home-School Collaboration Program.  Making this event more fruitful, is a respected Special Education Teacher, Mr. Joel E.
