The Business Administration Program of the Southville Business School covers three areas of field mastery. Students may choose to major in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, or Financial Management. The BSBA subfields share common business principles and practices that ensure that graduates obtain the highest mastery level in their chosen specialization. Southville teaches real-world business tactics to its students who are trained in its own Capital Market Learning Center (CMLC) and the recently launched Southville Financial Lab, a real-time financial trading laboratory featuring stock trading terminals and three (3) global business broadcast stations to provide students real-time stock quotes, live technical charts, market updates, and financial news from Bloomberg, ANC, and CNN. Students can virtually acquire an intensive knowledge of the global market trends thus enabling them to develop a strong foundation in decision making.

BSBA Major in Marketing Management

Students are exposed to globally designed programs on international economics and trade, global business opportunities, international trade organizations, and digital marketing trends. Students also gain actual operation experience and develop best practices through business and industry immersion. The school ensures that their investment knowledge is enhanced through the Capital Market Learning Center which provides actual and online daily stock trading transactions directly from the Philippine Stock Exchange.

BSBA Major in Human Resource Management

Students are trained to develop mastery in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Students obtain the latest information on labor relations, training and development, talent management, human resource and career management, events management, job analysis, evaluation compensation planning, and psychological assessment.

BSBA Major in Financial Management

BS Financial Management Program is crafted using high financial literacy standards making Southville a top business school in the south of Manila. The program is aimed to stimulate the student’s consciousness and discipline to sound financial principles and eventually be able to build a strong investment culture through resource mobilization. Students are given actual training on investment and a good foundation of understanding the Philippine and World Stock Market.
