Constantine “Stan” Rivera had his International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in Southville which apparently brought him to local and international academic competitions … with World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) – Tournament of Champions 2018  as the last yet the most prestigious competing body he has joined. The said competition was held in Yale University participated by 2,300 schools worldwide. Nearly fourteen (14) years of gradual becoming embodied with academic grit and distinctive grace, former non-english speaking student Hyo Sang Kwak  recently completed her International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme with the Highest Honors at Southville International School and Colleges (SISC). Hyo Sang is a homegrown Monarch who started at junior prep. Hyo Sang is an only child and was raised in the Philippines. She is known by the nicknames “Hyo” and “4.0” (four point ohhh) referring to her GPA score. The Early Childhood Education (ECED) students from Munich and Star Campuses shine a light on the most pressing environmental concerns that affect us all during the 2019 Cultural Show. The little Monarchs from Nursery to Senior Kinder wore colorful ensembles and danced and sang their way into the heart and mind of their audience as a way of saving Mother Earth. In the process, they also displayed what they learn in school which is the 5Cs (Competence, Character, Collaboration, Commitment to Achieve, Creativity).C

Mr. Jude Russel Cuntapay made it to the list of bright young leaders set to leave for Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Spring 2019, April of this year. YSEALI, an Academic Fellowship Program sponsored by the U.S. government was launched in 2013 merging Asian nations promoting diplomacy and stronger ties among Asiatic young leaders from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam. Participants were chosen based on their respective advocacies and scholastic endeavors which primary objective is to shape a better community.
