Southville retains IB World School status



Southville International School and Colleges successfully passed the five-year evaluation of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) receiving positive results and some commendations in the process. SISC was authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in August 2005 and graduated its ninth batch of IB students last June 2015. Currently, the SISC IB Programme is offered in the Grades 11 and 12 levels.

SISC IB Students Led International Peace Day Celebration



As an IB World School, SISC shares the responsibility of promoting peace and managing conflict so everyone can live together peacefully not only on a global scale but also in personal and classroom interactions. Southville Football Players represented Team PH in 3 European Football Youth Tournaments



Gabriel Aguilar and Prince Alfred Dellosa, student-athletes of Southville International School and Colleges, participated in Makati Football Club Inc.’s Europe Tour 2013 representing the Philippines in three International Youth Tournaments. The matches were held in Bendorm, Spain for the Costa Blanca Cup, Goteburg, Sweden for the Gothia Cup and Hjoring, Denmark for the Dana.

Southville Holds Battle of the Bands



The Battle of the Bands is a pop / rock band competition for Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) schools, which allows the contestants to play alongside other winners from the different campuses.

 

The event gives young musicians a chance to represent their school, perform on stage in front of a great crowd, work with sound and stage professionals, and win some great prizes!

SISC Sponsors Seminar on Positive Discipline for Caregivers



As part of Southville International School and Colleges’ (SISC) thrust to strengthen school and home collaboration, the Preschool and Grade School Departments will conduct a free seminar for caregivers and drivers of Preschool to Grade 4 students on Positive Discipline, Developing Children Potentials.

 

This will be held on July 14, 2012, Saturday, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., at the Cares Cafeteria of Munich Campus. The Portfolio Assessment for Southville International School and Colleges Students (PASS) is a distinguishing feature of the school that aims to hone the students’ critical thinking skills through a research paper and oral defense.
