The Grade 11 classes of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) recently attended a Career Exploration Symposium featuring successful people in the fields of business, technology, education, and health care who expounded on the practices, challenges, and rewards of each discipline. Southville International School and Colleges students joined a Hongkong Study Tour recently. The study tour was specifically designed to provide the students the knowledge, skills, competencies, values and attitudes needed in the conduct of an international travel.
Thirty-one third and fourth year Tourism students accompanied by two faculty escorts were required to be at the departure area of the Centennial Airport promptly to highlight punctuality as a basic requirement in travel.

A short film by Miguel Calayan, graduate of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) high school batch 2008, was chosen as one of entries to be shown in the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York. Out of 2,800 submissions from all over the world, Calayan’s Prima will be premiered along with 60 other entries which made it to the cut.
