Parents and students welcomed the academic year 2020-2021 with the Southville Virtual Online Learning and Teaching (VOLT) program to their homes. Households, especially parents and guardians get the hang of overseeing the needs of students whilst co-teaching their children as they also work from home. 17-year-old Miguel Dominico M. Alzona, a Southville homegrown student, is the first to graduate at the highest rank in his class for the Southville International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Back in 2018, Alzona was declared as the Top Filipino Scholar at the World Scholar’s Cup – Tournament of Champions in Yale University.
