New Students and Parents Orientation – SISC S.Y 2015-2016

As school year 2015-2016 opened, the Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) family welcomed the new students and their parents to the New Students and Parents Orientation. After the general orientation, a breakout period with the respective colleges was held to give each college an opportunity to welcome their new family members.

The College of Psychology headed by its chairperson, Mr. Ruel A Cajili, together with the Psychology Society Officers held the orientation at the Psychology Lab of the College Building. Mr. Cajili presented the institution’s Vision-Mission, rules and regulation, the new curriculum, and the achievements of the College of Psychology. Dr. Gina Caneo, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and Education, also dropped by to welcome the new members of the College of Psychology and the College of Education – being sister colleges. In the middle of the orientation, envelopes containing brochures and other pertinent documents were given to the new students and parents for their reference. Questions from the new students and parents were also entertained by Mr. Cajili for further clarification. Near the end of the orientation, he showed a video of Psychology Day 2014 made by its graduate, Reyna Enriquez. The orientation ended with a quick quiz for the new members of the Psychology family with Psychology Org shirts and SISC tumblers as prizes.

Food and drinks were also provided by SISC.
