The College of Tourism is set to hold Tourism Expo 2018 on September 20 and 21, 2018.
With the theme “Transforming our World, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”, the event will have Attorney Reynaldo L. Ching as keynote speaker and will feature various activities such as a Quiz Bee, Poster Making Contest and the Search for the Junior Ambassadors.
Ms. Nancy de Guia, Tourism Dean shares, “We are excited about this event. The theme is very timely and we are one with the world in spreading Sustainable Development Goals.”

Comprised of Sharina Ahmed, Christian Chia, Pola Cueto, Rance Llovido, Sid Espinosa, Elizabeth Burigsay and Derick Salvoro, the team presented their champion idea for sustaining and expanding a sole proprietorship business structure.

The SISC International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program students for Academic Year 2018 – 2019 were warmly
welcomed by the IB officers and instructors in the orientation spearheaded by SISC IB Assistant Coordinator, Ms. Armie Ababa and the IB teachers and advisers.
The students were given a glimpse of the two-year IB program, governed by the Swiss-based International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), that requires IB students to take classes in six subjects, become proficient in a second language, do volunteer work, and undertake original research that results in a 4,000-word essay. Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) thru its training center, Taylor Center for Professional Development held the 1st International Forum on Real-Life Applications for Artificial Intelligence Technology last August 23, 2018 with Dr. Florent Seichepine, Head of Research Facilities, Hamlyn Centre Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine as the international guest lecturer.

The Nursing Education at Southville provides a balance of strong academic rigor and fun. “We are very excited with the results of the Licensure exam. It posed for us another challenge to face.
