In a groundbreaking initiative of the K12 and IB Science Department for sustainable development, an online collaboration was forged on November 22, 2023, bringing together students from Southville International School and Colleges and Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Shymkent  Kazakhstan to engage in a comprehensive dialogue on environmental issues. National TV Features Southville’s Financial Literacy Program



Southville President Dr. Marl Ferenal shares one of SGEN’s edge: Financial Literacy Program on National TV. Thank you to On the Money Team of @ANC HD. Financial Literacy at Southville is taught to students as young as preschool and goes all throughout to college.

Southville receives another six full years WASC-USA accreditation



Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) has received accreditation for the maximum allowable duration of six years from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), USA.

Southville International School and Colleges Launches Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Application Specializations



Recognizing how technology plays a vital role in today’s society, Southville International School and Colleges is offering two additional tracks in its BS Information Technology program starting school year 2018-2019: Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Applications.

Students majoring in Mobile Apps will learn how to design and host mobile apps good for gaming, entertainment, and productivity while students majoring in AI will tackle real-world projects such as handwriting/speech recognition and stock trading with neural networks.

Southville Math Whiz Reaps Awards in Vietnam



Southville International School and Colleges Grade 8 student, Gwyneth Margaux Tangog, brought home medals from the 15th Hanoi Math Olympiad Competition held last March 26-30, 2018 in the capital city of Vietnam. Tangog earned a gold medal in the team competition together with four more Gr. 8 students from the Philippines by finishing in first place followed by Vietnam and then China. She also added a bronze medal in the individual contest, competing at the Junior level.
